Caitlin obtained both her MD and her JD from the University of Washington and her undergraduate degree from Harvard University. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Washington and has been certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also a fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine. Prior to medical school, Caitlin practiced corporate law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. At the time, her legal practice focused on sovereign debt restructuring, private equity, and banking regulation.
